Spruce Home and Garden is hosting a free guided group meditation today. The meditation will be led by Stephanie Filardi of the Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary.
The event begins at 7 p.m. and runs up until 8 p.m. at the store. Organizers encourage people in the area to come by and "learn to quiet your mind and experience the many health benefits that meditation offers."
