Piper's Kilt is a restaurant and tavern on White Plains Road in downtown Eastchester. A popular spot for residents and people who work in town, it claims to have the best hamburger in Eastchester!
I can definitely say that their burgers are tremendous, juicy, fresh and if not the best, one of the best in not only Eastchester, but all of Westchester.
