Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary believes that a holistic approach is key to achieving optimal health. By incorporating all aspects of your well being into its program, the company aims to make your self care its priority.
Its holistic approach embodies both spa and wellness services, which included massage, facials, nutritional coaching, lifestyle management and private yoga.
I have not yet personally experienced a day at the sanctuary but you can be sure it is only a matter of time before I need some local r & r.
