I had a horrible experience in Bronxville, at Stipo's eyeglass store on Friday, June 22, 2012. Gerry shouted at me and basically threw me out of the store because I asked him for prices for glasses and lenses. I was ready to buy, but also wanted to compare prices to other vendors. Apparently, that was unacceptable to him. Never was treated so disrespectfully in all of my life. Linda Buttacavoli, Bronxville, NY

Wow Linda, I'm surprised to hear that. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I am surprised. Jerry has always been so helpful when something happened to my glasses. This was not the case at Lenscrafters. They would not help me when the arm broke on my eyeglass frame less than one year old!
