Another customer doesn't mind strolling into the eatery for some good food and drink.

"LOVE THIS PLACE! I live walking distance to the Tap House and I have always had a great meal and service. They have a great beer selection and their food has  always been fresh. I'm pretty sure I ordered everything on the menu by now. My favorite is the Ahi Tuna BLT with everything fries. The BLT muscles and the fried calamari with the hot peppers is delicious."

A few years ago, the New York Times did a review of the restaurant, saying that,

"The fish and chips is a classic, made with fresh sole and accompanied by skinny fries. Country-fried chicken has a great kick and comes with creamed spinach and whipped potatoes that taste of buttermilk."
