Bites Nearby: The Quarry

Started by chef and owner Dominic Cesarini, The Quarry Restaurant has a bi-level, 70-seat dining room, and a bar and lounge and serves a variety of dishes for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.

Next time you find yourself hungry and standing on a street corner looking around for a restaurant sign that draws you in, stop. We've got a better solution to finding the tastiest bites around: Each week, Bronxville-Eastchester Patch will pick a great restaurant either in town or nearby that we think is worth checking out.

Here's this week's choice:

Local owner Dominic Cesarini of Joe's Quarry Inn on Marbledale Rd. .

The extensive menu includes Buffalo chicken wings, fried calamari, Caesar salad with a choice of toppings such as grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, sandwiches, roasted half chicken, all while providing plenty of entertainment for sports fans with flat-screen tv's located throughout the restaurant.

The menu offers favorites that always go well with the beer of your choice such as open faced turkey sandwiches, meatloaf, wraps, pastas and much more.

One customer raves on yelp.com about The Quarry's brocolli rabe, "this is a great place for upscale bar food.  They have a really big menu with lots of good choices.  They cook their broccoli rabe well (and I'm picky about that), so anything you order with broccoli rabe will be great!"

The Quarry restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. - midnight and Brunch can be found on Sundays from noon - 3 p.m.
