With an extensive french menu and intimate atmosphere, the bistro manages to bring something new to the dining landscape of Eastchester.

Many customers have had positive things to say about the bistro, including comments on the quality of ingredients and even protion sizes.

"We have been to Jackie's several times over the years, and it never fails to offer outstanding cuisine. The french onion soup is a classic done to perfection, and we tried a shrimp crepe that was lighter than air for an appetizer," this from a satisfied customer from tripadvisor.com who continued that, "our entrees were wonderful - duck a la orange with french fries and cassoulatine which was a stew of lamb, pork sausage, duck confit with white beans.

Don't forget about dessert where the poached pear with chocolate sauce is delectable as are the profteroles. Prices are high but reasonable given the quality. Jackie does not skimp on the portions nor on filling up a glass of wine unlike other high end restaurants."

Another customer says that, "this long-running, family-operated bistro is always a pleasure from the warm welcome to the excellent food prepared by the owner-chef. Every town needs one like this."

Thier hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. and they are closed on Sunday and Monday.
