Borrow an Ebook and Kindle to Read it on from the Bronxville Library

If you or a family member have trouble with small print, a pre-loaded Kindle is a great way to borrow books from the library.

Love to read, but hate the small print of paperback mysteries, or the weight of long fantasy novels?

Try borrowing a pre-loaded Kindle from the Bronxville Public Library.

The program, which just started this month, provides borrowers with Kindles already programmed with a couple of books. So all you have to do is turn them on and turn the pages.

New content will be added monthly, library officials said in the August newsletter.

It's a 14-day borrowing period for library card-holders only.

The Kindles themselves were bought through the support of the Friends of the Bronxville Public Library.
