Westchester County, NY - Leonard N. Spano former Westchester County Clerk has announced he has fully endorsed Mary Beth Murphy for County Clerk, a position he had been elected from 1994 until 2005 when he retired from civil service.

“Leonard Spano introduced and improved many aspects of the County Clerk’s office such as the “Mobile Office” which brings the services of the County Clerk’s Office to the public and introduced the Green initiative and cost saving scanning of documents before NYS mandates came into place – it is with great humility that I accept Mr. Spano’s support and appreciate all of the guidance he has provided to me” said Ms. Murphy.
Westchester County Clerk candidate Mary Beth Murphy also stated that “I look forward to building on the many inroads the office has seen and bringing forth ways to make the services provided even more cost effective to the taxpayers.”
