On my way to work today, I could not believe the conditions of the stairs leading to the train platforms.
I personally saw some elderly folks falling down the stairs. The MTA did not shovel off the stairs in a manner acceptable to safe practices.
In the last storm, it was the same. No one shoveling the stairs after several days.
