Lawrence Hospital Center Seeks Input on Community Health Needs

Lawrence Hospital Center (LHC) requests input on what residents believe to be the most pressing health concerns they and their community are facing.  Working in conjunction with Westchester County Department of Health and hospitals throughout the county, Lawrence Hospital’s Community Needs Assessment Survey is designed to gather input from residents within the hospital’s primary and secondary service areas and invites respondents to anonymously report on the current status of their own health, any medical conditions they may have and how they receive their health information.

The Community Needs Assessment Survey process is being undertaken by all New York State hospitals and local health departments as part of a collaborative, state-wide effort to determine the health needs of all New Yorkers.

Anyone 18 and older can participate, and it takes just a few minutes. Residents are asked to access the survey here, or by visiting the hospital’s website or calling 914-787-5267.
