Eastchester Band Makes Its Summer Concert Series Debut

Teri Lamar & New Company rouse concertgoers with wide-ranging musical catalogue.

Dozens of spectators gathered at Garth Road Park on Wednesday for the latest installment of Eastchester's Summer Concert Series. Local quartet Teri Lamar & New Company kicked off their set on schedule, despite the threat of poor weather.

"I can say without any reservation that we definitely have a new band in Eastchester," said Town Supervisor Tony Colavita while addressing onlookers.

The Town of Eastchester's Summer Concert Series showcases an eclectic number of ensembles, ranging from country western outfits to Beatles cover bands, not to mention the yearly performance by Elvis Presley tribute artist Patrick Perone.
